End is Near

To say that ‘the end is near’ is too cryptic a phrase to make it a compelling statement.

The path

The avatars of pure intent have always said the easy path of desire is the false path. Therefore the implication is that nothing worthwhile ever comes effortlessly. Effort is required to achieve any goal worth achieving. The true path is most often the difficult path to traverse. It doesn’t take a genius to figure this out. But it takes the endurance of a marathon runner to make it to the end. Willful persistence and intestinal fortitude are noteworthy virtues. When the world expects you to give up or give in, if you can forge ahead, you will always be miles ahead of where you expect to be.

As a rite of passage what you take with you is only what you carry on your person... you don't pass through with anything you don't carry inside.

Who are the smart people?

In my estimation, the smartest person I know will not be the one who has cornered the stock market, or the one who has the most PhDs, or even the one who has the highest IQ. It is the one who uses their intellect to recognize their mistakes, learn from their mistakes, and takes the necessary actions to correct them.

The collective choice

When it comes to Nature, we live or die by the collective choice.

A simple test to employ

If you care to know if you are motivated by your Conscience instead of your ego, there is a simple test to employ. If you are driving home and you see a small animal like a squirrel, possum or raccoon dead in the road, do you feel a twinge of remorse, or do you feel nothing? If you feel nothing then you are a little short on compassion meaning you are not connected to the God within. It's only that sense of compassion that makes you a human being. Otherwise you are just an animal with a large brain.
