But it takes the endurance of a marathon runner to make it to the end. Willful persistence and intestinal fortitude are noteworthy virtues. When the world expects you to give up or give in, if you can forge ahead, you will always be miles ahead of where you expect to be.

One year older

Today I reached a plateau -- the big six o. If only it truly was a plateau. I don't really feel any different than I did yesterday. I keep hearing "My Generation" by The Who in my head today. I didn't cry through much of the movie like my wife did. She is very sensitive to the plight of any of God's creatures. I, on the other hand, felt the anger welling up inside me. And in the first 30 minutes of the film, one thought kept creeping in, "bury my heart at wounded knee". From the middle of the film onward, it was one long 'trail of tears' for the Navi. The saving grace was it has a 'happy' ending', or at least I perceived that way. The indigent tribes weren't wiped from the face of Pandora by the military might of a maniacal corporation bent on greed -- manifest destiny on steroids. The 'good guys' actually persevered. As far as happy endings go, perhaps the human race on planet Earth will have one too. We saw what it takes. We just have to do what the Navi did -- stand up for ourselves. I believe I appreciated that ending because I'm a citizen of Woodstock Nation and proud of it. I sincerely hope there are more like me out there. The world needs us; especially now.

Arrived in Los Angeles, California on 11/23. Met up with Facebook buddy Peter C. Rogers in Long Beach. Attended an enlightening seminar based upon the Master Key System by Charles F Haanel. Peter, doctor of divinity as well as PhD, is very knowledgeable in spiritual matters and well-versed in how to translate complex esoteric concepts into understandable bits of knowledge. This ability demonstrates his worth as a teacher who appears to be justly qualified as a Light-Worker. That alone made the trip worthwhile. Kudos to Peter on knowing how to transfer knowledge into wisdom.

Hollywood's representation of 2012 met my expectations. I learned something about "Neutrinos" that I didn't know. If you haven't seen it yet, don't fear it. It is just a movie. Actually it is as much a human interest story as it is a disaster film. I applaud their effort to make it that way. Remember that "fear is the mind killer". The more you struggle against it, the more it will hurt. The harder you grip the old ways, the greater the risk of shattering your tenuous hold on them. Recognize they don't work anyway. It's as much a new beginning as it is an abrupt end. Relax and go with the flow.

The greatest mystery in life is what the future holds for humanity. Everyone senses there is something looming on the horizon but they don't know what. The signs are all around us. Reading them correctly is the task at hand. A line from a Bob Dylan song applies here: "you don't need a weatherman to tell which way the wind blows".
The Change is coming. I can tell you what's going to happen but I can't confirm when it will. No one actually can. It's a best guess scenario based upon the knowledge at hand. Knowledge is the one thing I could offer, but I can't make any guarantees. No one else can do that either. But I can tell you that no matter to what 'vision' of end-of-days prophecy one clings to; it's not a matter of 'if'. It's only a matter of 'when'.
I met many people at the Big E this year who are ready to listen. But most don't know what questions to ask and in what order to ask them. The first question is the always the same: what's going to happen to me? Even if that question was unspoken I could see it in their eyes. People lead with their eyes. If you want to know what's in their heart, you look into their eyes. When I do, I see a need for an explanation. I have one.

Where did the prophecy come from?
